I guess it's time to have a "Public" cable system as a competitor and working as a non-profit!!! Just like we have a public transit, public libarary, public firefighters, public schools, public water systems. Screw the large corporations!!!

Time Warner absolutely sucks! I wish to God I had my Adelphia back. The only thing the switch gained me is a higher bill and a slightly higher down bandwidth, upload speeds went to hell.

OK, then why does EVERYONE have to suffer? Why not target the people who are using too much? That's your job. Even if you made a REASONABLE limit, such as 250.

well we have talked about doing this for a long time. i work for twc, but the problem is some people are just whores and they want to use as much bandwidth as possible and then some. blame them. i get it for free so i dont care.

WE GOT CUSTOMERS THAT DOWNLOAD DATA AND UPLOAD DATA 6 TIMES AS MUCH AS A REGULAR CONSUMER .....ENTER "BANDWITH CAPS"......FYI....There isn't an unlimited well of bandwith that you caN PAY FOR NO MATTER WHAT company you go to...So go ahead and switch to verizon FIOS.... let's c how long that crap is gonna last hahaaha.
