my finance professor had a brillant idea to increase tranparance in accounting have aduting firms assigned to companies by lottery for a 4 year period and bar the auditor from conuslting with that firm 3 years after the auditing period it is similar to what is done in korea

There is a documentary on video.google, I believe it is called Enron. It has been a while since I watched it but it was very informative. Basically crooks on a roll. {

ASK WHY ASSHOLE!!! I like Jeffrey Skilling's response to a Harvard professor questioning if he was smart. His reply was "I'm fucking smart". You may be smart, but you lack ethics, basic honesty, and you were a thief. I love the "ask why" voice playing at the end. Its really creepy and ironic in retrospect. I don't fully understand what happened, but this is one major flaw of capitalism, it is an economic system based off greed, one of the seven deadly sins.
